We appreciate that customers are concerned about the security of their credit card details. 

Your credit card transaction is processed directly for us by WorldPay.com.  At the point of completing your credit card details, you are automatically transferred on to the WorldPay server.

WorldPay uses state of the art security tools and techniques, both proprietary and unique, to ensure that you and ourselves are protected. Worldpay systems also have inbuilt system redundancy and fault tolerance, to provide you with a virtually uninterrupted service 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Worldpay systems have evolved over many years and throughout their history they have continuously sought and gained bank approval for their systems.

Using industry standard SSL, Thawte and WorldPay unique encryption systems, when you fill in the payment form and click the submit button, your details are not sent straight away. What actually happens is that a secure link is set up between your browser and WorldPay and an encryption code is requested and received, which then wraps the order and transaction details before leaving your computer.

Thawte Certificate - When you submit your credit card details, you will notice that a small padlock is displayed at the corner of your browser, this means all data sent to WorldPay is protected and secure.

WorldPay then process the transaction on our behalf and confirm acceptance to ourselves.  For added security, your credit card details are not passed on to ourselves.
